MORAVA (“MORAVA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates moravadna.com (the “Site”) as a business-to-business platform for qualified laboratory and institutional research customers.

1. Information We Collect

Account and application information. When you register, apply for a research account, or place an order, we collect your name, job title, organization name, business or institutional email address, business address, shipping address, telephone number, and any documents you upload as part of the account approval process (business registration, tax-exemption certificates, purchase orders, and similar records).

Order and transaction information. Products ordered, order history, shipping details, and payment confirmation. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.

Automatically collected information. IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and general usage data, collected through standard web technologies and cookies as described in Section 3.

Communications. Any information you provide when contacting support, submitting a custom research request, or corresponding with us by email.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: evaluate and process research account applications, communicate with you about your account and orders, process and fulfill orders and manage compliance holds, provide customer support, maintain required business, safety, and audit records, improve the Site and our services, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use any information collected on this Site to provide medical, veterinary, diagnostic, or treatment advice, and we do not collect health information about you or any third party in connection with product use.

3. Cookies and Tracking
