Research-Use Policy

Materials offered by MORAVA are supplied exclusively for legitimate laboratory research conducted by qualified organizations.

Effective Date: August 7, 2026

For laboratory research only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not for consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, personal experimentation, or patient compounding.

Permitted use

  • In-vitro and laboratory research conducted by qualified personnel in an appropriate controlled research environment.
  • Research conducted by verified organizations under their own institutional oversight and applicable law.

Prohibited use

  • Human use of any kind, including consumption or administration.
  • Veterinary use of any kind.
  • Diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or mitigation of any condition.
  • Patient compounding or preparation of any therapeutic product.
  • Personal experimentation.
  • Resale or distribution for any of the above purposes.

No medical information

MORAVA does not provide medical advice, dosing information, or administration instructions, and will not do so in response to inquiries. MORAVA is not a pharmacy, medical clinic, or healthcare provider.

Customer responsibility

The purchasing organization is responsible for determining the suitability of any material for its intended research, for the qualifications of the personnel handling it, for appropriate handling and disposal, and for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements.

Attestation

Every order requires the purchaser to accept this policy by checkbox and to sign by typing their full legal name. The attestation is recorded with the account, the order, and a timestamp, and is retained as part of the order record.

A research-account application is optional and is not required to place an order. Where an organization submits one, the same attestations are recorded at the account level.

Enforcement

MORAVA may decline, hold, suspend, or terminate access, and may cancel or refuse to ship any order, where use appears inconsistent with this policy. Orders may also be held for review under the Restricted Sales Policy.
