Restricted Sales Policy

This policy sets out the restrictions on who may purchase research materials from MORAVA and under what conditions.

Effective Date: August 7, 2026

For laboratory research only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not for consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, personal experimentation, or patient compounding.

Eligible purchasers

  • Verified laboratories and research organizations
  • Universities and educational institutions
  • Contract research organizations
  • Biotechnology and life-science companies

Ineligible purchasers

  • Individuals purchasing for personal use
  • Any purchaser intending human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, or patient compounding
  • Any purchaser intending resale or redistribution for the above purposes

Verification

Commercial access is intended to require research-account review, organizational verification, and a recorded attestation by an authorized representative.

Refusal and termination

MORAVA intends to reserve the right to decline, limit, suspend, or terminate any order or account, including where information appears inaccurate or use appears inconsistent with the Research-Use Policy.

Jurisdictional restrictions

Restricted jurisdictions and controlled-material screening procedures are currently being finalized and reviewed by qualified legal counsel.
