Storage recommendations

Before reconstitution. It is recommended to store in a cool, dry, and dark place. Long-term storage is suggested in refrigeration. The shelf life is one year.

After reconstitution. It is recommended to store under refrigeration conditions of 2–8 °C, avoiding frequent temperature changes. The shelf life is one month.

Always keep the bottle sealed and operate in a clean environment. Proper storage helps maintain the stability and quality of the product.

Shipping conditions

Orders are prepared using protective packaging appropriate for research materials. Products are shipped in accordance with the manufacturer’s documented storage requirements whenever applicable. Packaging methods may vary depending on season, destination, and environmental conditions.

Protective laboratory packaging

Every order is individually inspected and securely packaged using a rigid dual-vial protective case with cushioning materials to help reduce movement during transit. Each research product is supplied in a sealed laboratory vial.

For most single-product orders, MORAVA packages include:

• One sealed 3 mL research vial
• One sealed 3 mL bacteriostatic water vial (when purchased)
• Dual-vial protective storage case
• Bubble cushioning
• Padded bubble mailer

Packaging may be modified when necessary to protect products during shipment.

Shipping methods

Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout. Available options may include:

• USPS Ground Advantage
• USPS Priority Mail
• UPS Ground
• FedEx

Delivery estimates are displayed during checkout and vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and the selected service, and are displayed before an order is finalized. MORAVA is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification. Orders received on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on compliance hold will not begin processing until the hold is resolved.

Shipping restrictions

Products are sold exclusively for laboratory research use. Customers are responsible for ensuring products may legally be received in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to decline shipment to any address or jurisdiction where sale or shipment of a given product is restricted or prohibited by law.

Order tracking

Once an order ships, you will receive tracking information by email and in your customer dashboard under Orders.

Damage during transit

If an order arrives damaged, please contact MORAVA within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Order number
• Photographs of the package
• Photographs of the products
• Description of the damage

Storage after delivery

• Materials should be stored according to the storage recommendations above, the receiving organization’s own procedures for laboratory research materials, and any conditions stated on the product label.
• Materials must be kept segregated from clinical, therapeutic, food, and consumer settings.
